At the onset of the pandemic, Pafford took aggressive steps to ensure sufficient PPE resources for clinical and support staff. In anticipation of further local outbreaks of COVID-19 in 2021, Pafford recognized that the best way to ensure continuity of care, as well as the safety of the crew, was to establish his own medical clinic in Hope, AR.
